Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping via USPS. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of order confirmation, once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified. If your order is placed over the weekend, please note it will not be processed until the following business day. Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package. Our standard delivery service is USPS First Class, within the continental United States and Canada only. Packages can only be shipped to Post Office boxes or APO/FPO addresses (example: PO Box 123) by USPS. Your order should arrive 2-6 business days after receipt of our e-mail shipment confirmation. Packages can be shipped Express (USPS Priority Mail) within the continental United States for an additional charge. To ensure the safe delivery of your package, USPS orders over $250 also require a signature upon delivery. Shipments of orders are limited to the United States and Canada. All orders ship from our East Coast distribution center (zip code 12758).

Privacy
We are completely dedicated to protecting the privacy of visitors to our site who voluntarily provide us with on-line information about themselves. We do not exchange, sell, or loan personal information, such as e-mail or standard mailing addresses, phone numbers, etc., to any other company or organization under any circumstances. Your Willow and Brown order is kept completely confidential. We will not disclose any information to anyone inquiring about an order they, or anyone else, have received. We may decide to make changes to our Privacy Statement. If we do this, we will post those changes here so that we can inform and update our customers on how we collect and use information.
Security
Willow and Brown understands your concerns about Internet security. We make every effort to protect your personal information, by employing 128-bit SSL encryption. Here’s how it works: SSL encryption is active in all areas where customer information is requested. You can check to see that you have entered an SSL-active area by looking at the URL. If it indicates "https", then you will know that SSL technology is in place and ready to encrypt your information. When you place your order with us online, your information is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, which is then decoded when it gets to us.
Returns & Replacements
We hope you're happy with what you ordered. But if something isn't right, please let us know. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with tags still on, for a refund, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Please note, however, that refunds will only be given on merchandise purchased from the Willow and Brown website. If you purchased your item from our retail store and wish to return that item, you must contact the store directly at 1 (845) 439-5677.
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be honored on Final Sale items.

We allow 30 days to return an item and if it is past the 30 days, your order will not be eligible for return.

Ordering
After providing us with a valid e-mail address we will send you an e-mail order confirmation immediately after you place your order. This e-mail confirms that your order has been received by us.

Viewing Orders
By creating an account with Willow and Brown, you'll be able to view all of your order information as well as your entire purchase history. Simply log into your account, and select "My Account" from the green bar. You will see a link in the left column titled "My Orders" where you will see all of your account history. Without signing up for a Willow and Brown account, you will only receive email confirmation of each purchase once your payment is confirmed.
Updating Account Information
If you have created an account, you may view and update your account information at any time by logging into your account with your password.
