About Willow and Brown

Willow is a reference to the Willowemoc Creek that runs behind our back door. Brown refers to Carolin Brown, our store's owner and buyer. Together, they offer beauty and quality in home furnishing.

We have lived in Sullivan County for many years and at the beginning of 2007, sold our old home and began the search to find a new place. We scoured the real estate ads for several months and finally (with the help of RM Farm Real Estate) found our dream home on Back Shandelee Road. We loved our home and our new town so much, that we decided we should try to become part of it in a bigger way.

We would love for you to come by, take a look at our merchandise and introduce yourselves. We really want to get to know our neighbors, hear your ideas and get your feedback. We'd love to become your store for kitchen items, tableware and gifts. Even more, we want to become good neighbors in this beautiful place that we now call home.
